White Bean and Chicken Chowder with Delicata Squash and a Truffle Oil Pistou


Crappy Picture taken from my phone, but it was gooood so I figured I'd share. Played off the recipe from The Herbfarm cookbook, but added chicken and allowed it to reduce more to become a hearty, chowder like soup. Also made the pistou with a bit of truffle oil, which, you know, never hurts.
